Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier service, and any unexpected delays.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KOCHFREUD is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
Returned in original packaging when possible
Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
